I am a geographer/artist/editor/researcher/mum living in the Great Wet North (also known as the Lower Mainland of British Columbia). I studied art and anthropology as an undergraduate student in the U.S., but I waited to attend graduate school until I found just the right program that encompassed many of the topics that interested me. Geography provided the most interdisciplinary field of study, a perfect amalgam of the physical and social sciences.
